Emmanuel F. Anagnostaras, a Food Scientist – Agriculturist (Agricultural University of Athens-equivalent to a M.Sc. Degree with Total of ECTS Credit Units: 300, 1998), is a Special and Laboratory Teaching Staff in Food Engineering at the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, School of Food and Nutritional Sciences, of Agricultural University of Athens (AUA), Greece. He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Conservation and Management (2014), received at O.U.C, focused on sustainable management practices and techniques for environmental. From 2002 till 2017 we served as an a Lab Assistant of a research team in Agricultural University of Athens (Department of Food Science and Technology, Laboratory of Engineering, Processing and Preservation of Agricultural Products). From 2002 till today he supports the teaching activities of the division (Surveillance of students' dissertations and practical exercise teaching laboratory exercises : Principle of Food Engineering -Physical Properties of Food Material) Research Interests: His main research subjects are:
